The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in Montreal office with ongoing or new projects. The tasks will be related to recruiting, on-boarding, employee engagement, compliance, or talent development.

Education and Schedule Requirements: • Must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in business management, human resource management, industrial relations program, or related field. • Minimum GPA 3.0 or higher and have completed at least 68 credit hours at the time of the Summer Intern Program (May 2017) • Must be able to fulfill the full length of the Summer Intern Program (May 1, 2017 – August 25, 2017)
Requirements: • Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite. • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management and employees. • Ability to exchange information clearly and concisely and to present ideas, report facts, and other pertinent information. • Able to work effectively both autonomously and within a team environment.
