Walmart Field Implementation Manager - British Columbia in Regional, British Columbia

The purpose of the Field Implementation Manager is to train store and division management on standard store operating procedures in 5 key areas of the store: 1) Store Management Structure & Scheduling, 2) Front End, 3) Fresh Food, 4) Admin Functions & 5) In-Store supply chain. This includes the implementation of new SOPs developed by the innovations department and to develop an improvement plan for opportunity stores identified through business analytics. This role works closely with store and district management teams to improve operational performance.  This is a district position where the Field Implementation Manager will be responsible for 1 to 2 districts within the region and reports into the Director of Field Implementation. Responsible for the execution of current SOPs and the implementation of new SOPs, initiatives and innovation, which includes merchandising strategies, marketing and other support function initiatives. Provides insight, support and feedback to the innovation team in the testing, piloting and rollout of new processess. Responsible for completing a diagnostic of overall store operating conditions and partners with store management to develop and implement an action plan for identified opportunity stores. The action plans could include SOP training and workforce management solutions. This includes working with and leveraging district partners and supporting store management in the implementation of the plan.       Facilitates SOP training for management within the district. Responsible for implementing productivity improvement projects in identified opportunity stores. Each specialist is expected to deliver identified savings per quarter. This role is a key support of delivering on our customer experience projects as outlined through Full, Fast & Price and should be able to consult / mentor DMs and SMs on the metrics and consult on what levers to pull to improve performance and customer experience. Responsible for following implemented changes to ensure change is embedded in the store's business management routines.
