Robert Half Finance & Accounting Payroll Administrator in Richmond, British Columbia

Our Richmond based client is looking for a Part Time Payroll Administrator to join their team. This role will pay between $21-$25/hour. The Payroll Administrator will report directly to the Controller and is responsible for processing Payroll for approximately 175 employees in both Canada & US. The Payroll Administrator will be a team player who can also work independently while paying great attention to detail and brings energy to the role. Responsibilities will include processing a semi-monthly payroll for all locations using ADP. The Payroll Administrator will also be responsible for preparing payroll for hourly & salary employees in Canada and the US and ensuring all data and files are complete for transmission to ADP across all locations and preparing and entering the payroll journal entries for every pay period. Furthermore you will set up new hires in the system track all vacation, reconcile all payroll related accounts, issuing of ROE's and T4's, and responding to all payroll related inquiries.
