An exciting career opportunity is available in our dynamic team-spirited environment. We currently have an opportunity for a highly motivated Rates Solicitation Coordinators (RFP), in the RFP Department.
As a Rates Solicitation Coordinator, you are responsible for providing professional oral and written communications throughout the Request for Proposal (RFP) process to our internal and external customers. By doing so, you ensure accurate documentation while processing rate coding jobs and building and maintaining the RFP’s in our Lanyon system. When responding and following up by phone and email with our franchisees, your Count On Me! Service offers our franchisees the opportunity to retain existing business and gain new volume through Global Sales efforts. When receiving, documenting and verifying information from various communication channels, sound judgment will be used to escalate and communicate to management when service level commitments are compromised.
Your background includes:
Exceptional computer and systems skills
A minimum of one to two years of solid customer service experience
You have the proven ability to:
Provide Count On Me! Service with excellent interpersonal skills
Contribute to a positive experience for our internal and external customers
Work under pressure while performing multiple tasks
Communicate effectively using proper grammar and sentence structure
Prioritize and meet strict deadlines with continual attention to detail
Take initiative, use solid judgment and make decisions in a proactive manner
Demonstrate team spirit and unity with your team, your peers and our management teams
