Job Summary: Reporting to the Vice-President Finance, Corporate Credit and Financial Services, the Credit Analyst will be responsible to manage the operations related to major account payments and securities registration. This will include working in liaison with regions in order to coordinate customers and securities information. The Credit Analyst will also be responsible for supporting the period-end activities as well as other functions assisting the department. Specific Responsibilities1. Coordinate the activities related to major account payments; gather the necessary information, confirm payments, reconcile variances and reject invoices, allocating payments between regions and ensure cash application accuracy of customer payments.2. Prepare payments summary report; compile daily payments, extract the data from SAP and analyse variances.3. Publish the securities in provincial registries; complete corporate researches, verify information, send notices, maintain the registration file and ensure timely renewals of securities.4. Coordinate document management process relating to securities and various agreements reached with banks.5. Maintain a department common directory with all appropriate document standards. 6. Support activities related to period-end reports; gather all necessary information, follow up with various stakeholders to meet deadlines, consolidate information and ensure accurate reporting.7. Ensure a good communication with all levels of the organization.8. Assist the Vice-President Finance, Corporate Credit and Financial Services as required. Qualifications

General Responsibilities 1. Bachelor or college degree. A finance, accounting or commercial credit specialization would be an asset.2. Minimum 3 years experience in a finance or an accounting department.3. Experience in securities registration would be an asset.4. Excellent competencies in analysis. Ease with financial analysis. Attention to detail is crucial.5. Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and respect deadlines.6. Good knowledge of accounting basis.7. Bilingual (French and English), excellent communication skills (spoken and written).8. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, good knowledge of MS Word and SAP.
