The Client Relationship Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service in administration and processing of benefit enrollment changes and supporting the client accounts. This role will be responsible for analyzing and managing enrollment changes, responding to emails and calls from clients, partners and carriers, preparing claims reports, and other duties as required. In addition this role will educate clients on carrier guidelines, claims and coverage inquiries. The Client Relationship Associate will also be responsible for reviewing the plans with clients and taking them through the renewal process. A positive attitude and willingness to learn while the job gets done is a must.
