The Client Relationship Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service in administration and processing of benefit enrollment changes and supporting the client accounts. This role will be responsible for analyzing and managing enrollment changes, responding to emails and calls from clients, partners and carriers, preparing claims reports, and other duties as required. In addition this role will educate clients on carrier guidelines, claims and coverage inquiries. The Client Relationship Associate will also be responsible for reviewing the plans with clients and taking them through the renewal process. A positive attitude and willingness to learn while the job gets done is a must.

Requirements: The successful candidate will be a self-starter, possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all facets of the job, be professional, and detail oriented. Experience in Group Benefits Administration is a must, as is strong analytical, organization and planning skills. Advanced Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills are considered mandatory to be considered for this role, as is a GBA designation. Completion of the CEBS Primer course is an asset.
