Overview

We are currently hiring two Production Accounding Clerks who will be responsible for the Operations' document control, data correction and validation of completed tasks with AFL's clients systems. In addition, you will support Field Technicians with their time and expenses.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Validate order entry is correct compared to customers data and correct as required.

  • Verify time entry is correct and run timesheet tie outs for Manager's approval.

  • Review accrued time for holidays, banked OT and vacation time for payroll.

  • Audit expense reports, invoices and get Manager approval.

  • Manage approvals for all office supplies

  • Ensuring compliance of motor vehicle policy.

  • Manage mobility services for technicians across the organization.

  • Book travel for field Employees and Managers; copy accounting.

  • Act as liaison between Operations Manager, Field Manager and Field Employees.

  • Train field employees on web time entry, expense procedures and customer timesheets.

  • Clerical functions as needed.

  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

  • May back up receptionist during lunch and breaks as required.

Skills/Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs, with a strong understanding of Excel.

  • Experience with Microsoft SL and any web based validation system preferred.

  • High School Diploma and relevant work experience.

  • Administrative experience supporting multiple Managers preferred.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects.

  • Superior customer service skills to internal and external customers.

  • Must be able to pass a criminal and security background check.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

  • Must be able to work alone with little or no direction.

  • May need to sit at a desk/office at prolonged periods of time

  • Use of standard office equipment.

  • Ability to work in a time sensitive, ever-changing, and high tempo environment.

  • Lifting 10 pds, occasional carrying.

  • Finger and wrist dexterity

Specifications

  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

  • Must have access to transportation for the hours of business operation

Full Time Hours – Rotating day shifts monthly, Sunday – Thursday, Monday – Friday
