As an important member of our in-store team, the Administratrative Assistant is expected to exercise good judgment, and provide exceptional customer service in a courteous and friendly manner. Duties will include:
Delivering excellent customer service
Answering telephones in a courteous and friendly manner
Scheduling customer appointments for tire and mechanical services
Assisting the secretary and counter staff with duties as required
Maintaining general office filing system
Providing service quotes and receiving customer authorization for work to be performed on customer vehicles, finalizing sales, and completing customer follow up
Ensuring that all products are billed accurately to the customer
What does it take to get on track?
High school diploma
2+ years performing administrative support in a retail environment
Automotive industry experience is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) software required
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics would be considered a definite asset
Proven organizational and time management skills in order to effectively manage independent work and customer inquiries
Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships
