Your Role

As a GenslerArchitectural Technologist,you are the team member primarily responsible for the documentation of the project, and coordination with the Project Architect.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate activities/responsibilities with assigned team

  • Prepare accurate technical documents

  • Work with consultants, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives

  • Participate in the construction administration of project assignment, with focus on design intent and quality control

  • Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives

  • Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings

  • Manage project activities with respect to established project timelines and schedules

Your Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience as a Job Captain/Architectural Technologist

  • Knowledge of local building codes, standards and building structures​

  • Strong proficiency with Revit required

  • Proficiency in 2D/3D software, such as CAD, Octane, 3dViz, 3d Studio MAX, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and/or Sketch-Up
