– process incoming and outgoing multi-currency wire payments for clients via SWIFT
– calculate end of day cash balances to provide to local treasury
– process money market and foreign exchange transactions
– prepare and process cheques
– drive payment related investigations with agency and nostro banks
– ensure timely compliance with UBS's record management and retention policies
– update and maintain detailed procedures related to the cash payment function
– provide support for line managers and team members, including quality control checking (you like to help out)

You will be an integral member of our Wealth Management Operations team. We work closely with our partners in the business to help deliver a high quality service to our high net worth and ultra high clients.
Your experience and skills:
at least 3 years experience working with multi-currency cash payments
very good working knowledge of the Swift system
excellent communication and organization skills
strong technical skills and an aptitude for learning new computer applications
familiar with anti-money laundering and proceeds of crime legislation
flexible and willing to assist other team members as needed
available to work overtime as needed
It would be an asset, if you had:
domestic/USD or global settlement experience
mutual fund process or reconciliation experience
experience with other Operations activities
