Customer Experience:

  • Build and execute regular financial reporting for Shared Services leaders, including progress updates on KPIs and key initiatives

  • Contribute to development, implementation, and regular reporting of the Shared Services cost allocation methodology to a Product level. Partner with leaders across the organization in order to provide insights into the Shared Services costs and associated operational reporting

Financial Analysis:

  • Contribute to successful implementation of the new chart of accounts and Corporate Performance Management tool

  • Develop and update standard operating procedures for processing of costs related to the Global Shared Services organization

  • Provide periodic Capital reporting to key stakeholders, produce forecasts, and conduct variance analysis

  • Develop understanding and actively manage costs across diverse legal entities and geographies

  • Provide accurate headcount reporting for various global functions

  • Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual financial review materials for senior management

  • Run global delivery finance model to support business cases, monthly accounting, reporting, planning and forecasting processes

Enhanced Service Delivery:

  • Develop and maintain tracking of business cases and provide regular updates on their progress

  • Provide value-add reporting to key stakeholders in order to facilitate successful execution of the Shared Services function

  • Manage the annual budget/strategic plan preparation, consolidation and analysis, and liaison with functional resources

  • Provide recommendations as to improvements to efficiency and quality of management reporting and implement those approved recommendations


  • Consult with, and build strong, positive and influential relationships with the management team and provide financial guidance and direction

  • Proactively identify key priorities, deadlines, and deliverables'
