Our client in the downtown core is looking for a commercial property accounting manager to start immediately. The candidate will be responsible for full cycle accounting as well as the budgeting and forecasting using Yardi and Hyperion. The candidate will be reviewing leases and assess operational and tax impact. The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in property accounting with 2+ years in a managerial role.
