Robert Half Accountemps Accounts Receivable Clerk in Toronto, Ontario
Our client, a technology firm located Downtown Toronto is seeking an Accounting Clerk for a temporary to hire opportunity. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for posting and recording incoming payments, billing clients and managing client relationships (including collection calls, ageing reports etc.). In addition the Accounting Clerk will assist with any overflow in recording and posting incoming invoices for the accounts payable department.
A successful candidate for this role will have 2 to 3 years' of experience in a similar capacity with strong advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-look up) and a requirement of Great Plains software.
The Accounting Clerk will have experience in processing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
The minimum required experience will be 2 to 3 years, the successful candidate will have advanced Excel experience and Great Plains software.
