As a Boutique Manager you

are a brand ambassador who take pride in carrying the company value of man-made

approach and mindfulness. Your main mission is to build a strong and

healthy business leading your team into fostering the brand culture of

craftsmanship and unique in-store experiences. (Position based in Toronto, Ontario. Reports to the Le Labo Account Executive in NYC).

Business Planning (Executes with Excellence and Demonstrates LearningAgility )

  • Responsible

for achieving monthly and yearly business plans (sales goals) and customer

services targets.

  • Local


(consumer transactions/demographic profiles, competitor activity) to drive

granular growth through local relevance

  • Effective


setting, tracking performance against target throughout the day, week and month

to ensure a timely action plan to

address any sales deficit

  • Responsible

for tracking and sharing the store’s monthly accounting: monitor the stores expenses etc.

  • Optimizes

staff scheduling in line with

fluctuating customer traffic ensuring relevance to local consumer base

  • Collaborates

with corporate business partners in NY ( field executives, Head Office)

to ensure regular business updates

  • Managing

additional projects as needed (wholesale orders, corporate orders, events…)

Leadership andDevelopment (Develops Talent & Capabilities, Aligns & Engages the Teamin the Vision)

  • Recruits

new team members with the skills and behaviours required to achieve sales and customer

service targets

  • Manages

time effectively , establishes

priorities and delegates effectively to meet goals and objectives

  • Conducts


formal/informal meetings with each team member to discuss and provide coaching

on performance goals, opportunities, challenges and development needs

  • Plans

and executes daily, weekly and monthly briefings with the team to cover brand

updates, performance to goals, consumer insights, competitor activity, beauty

industry trends and news; Maintain updated training documents for the team

  • Recognizes

and celebrates success

  • Creates

and maintains an environment of open and positive communication,

professionalism and creativity at all times

  • Performs

thorough and timely staff reviews and initiates increases, promotions,

disciplinary action and terminations, as directed, with Area

Manager and

Human Resources approval

  • Adopts

an open and honest approach emphasizing fairness and integrity

  • Responsible

for all In Store Operational Duties: Ensures the workplace environment is

maintained (house keeping duties, cleanliness,

restocking products, opening and closing duties); Merchandise the store;

Reports any maintenance need to the store operations team in NY

  • Follows


operational policies and procedures to ensure that the

store achieves organizational and administrative excellence at

all times

Customer Service (BuildsCollaborative Relationships)

  • Ensures a welcoming environment for the clients

in the store

and genuinely connects with clients with the intention of building a strong

  • Compound perfumes, labeling, and boxing the products

  • Minimum Grade 12

  • College Degree preferred
