Duties and Activities
Act as key contact to third-party bill pay administrator and primary liaison with utility companies
Maintain and update equipment and work order information into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Perform data mining and analysis in Excel, CMMS, and Tableau
Manage general email boxes ensuring tasks completed, tracked and boxes are up to date
Participating on special project teams and customer task forces
Developing/maintaining positive relationships with internal staff, client and vendors
Assist on developing and updating departmental processes including conducting training sessions
Develop, update and distribute reports for management, field staff, and clientComply with all CBRE policies and procedures
Post-secondary degree/diploma in Facility Management, Building Science, Environmental Studies, Commerce or related field
Advanced Excel skills with knowledge of formulas and pivot tables
Detail oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
Working knowledge of building energy usage and demand
General understanding of building equipment and systems
General knowledge of financial terms and principles
Analytical skills with background in quantitative analysis
Ability to work in fast paced environment and convey complex material in a clear, concise and logical format
Open and quick to learn new skillsets and technology platforms
Background in Facility Management an asset
Working knowledge of the following software platforms:
Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Microsoft Access and use of SQL (Sequel Query Language)
EnergyCAP or other utility data management software platform
Tableau or other Data Visualization Software
Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for excel
