Crius Energy Business Analyst in Toronto, Ontario

The Business Analyst will work closely with the Product and Analytics team and business stakeholders to develop solutions to meet the growing business needs and help bridge the gap with the software development team. The Business Analyst will also play a pivotal role in the launch of new products, expansion of sales channels, entry into new markets and other exciting initiatives in a rapidly growing business.

  • Work with key business stakeholder to define comprehensive and complete business requirements.

  • Create functional requirements, recommend solutions, and manage projects to implementation.

  • Provide operational analysis and support to internal and external users groups.

  • Support the implementation of new products, sales channels and fulfillment partners.

  • Define test cases and perform product testing in line with system requirements.

  • Track and report on key performance metrics, targets and growth opportunities.

  • Build company knowledgebase by creating product documentation and training guides.

  • Identify areas for improvement and help drive change.

  • A Business or Engineering Degree, or relevant work experience.

  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to problem solve, articulate solutions and execute on deliverables.

  • Proficient technical ability, with advanced skills in Excel and experience with SQL.

  • Excellent communication and informing skills.

  • Experience in energy and/or solar is a plus.
