Content Operations Coordinator

Contract Duration: 2 months starting ASAP

Purpose of the job:

Perform a variety of administrative services and activities for a designated business unit, including database maintenance of required information. Facilitate complex coordination to perform the necessary system setup and digital asset acquisition required to make an item available for sale in the online channel

Major Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update records and files, usually via computerized systems of moderate complexity. Re-design or modify existing applications/formats to meet business needs.

  • Perform item level setup and maintenance within Sears core systems

  • Coordinate small to mid-sized projects as assigned by your leader

  • Coordinate data collection between partners internal as well as external.

  • Investigate, reconcile, and correct discrepancies of non-routine, complicated problems related to administrative files/activities using information from a variety of sources.

  • Identify procedural problems, and recommend changes after liaising with your leader or departments/individuals to improve work processes.

  • Work in compliance with all laws and regulations and attend or complete all required health and safety training, report all accidents and take every precaution reasonable to ensure personal safety and the safety of others

  • Perform other duties as required

Competencies/Qualifications:
