Working with our Financial Services client, we are actively recruiting for an Data Entry Clerk to join their team. Reporting to the Supervisor of Data Entry, the Data Entry Clerk will be a member of a critical team responsible for building and maintaining effective internal and external relationships. Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Working with external clients

  • Forwarding/entering transitions, tickets, drawdowns and general reconciliation

  • Coordinating and communicating with internal employees in different departments

  • Driving sales and helping with customers

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Trading and supporting teams

  • Must have excellent customer service skills

  • Following policies and procedures well

  • Additional work if needed
