In the role of Director Digital & Media working in Toronto you will be part of the Canadian Brand Marketing team. The person will partner with a cross-functional team to define and implement high impact programs that grow Molson Coors brands. They will plan, develop, deploy, and evaluate brand online sales to Customers, through retail partners, and via home delivery services. Establish new Ecommerce capabilities and develop and improve existing capabilities. Partner with brand marketing teams, and agency partners on brand building via social media and other digital marketing initiatives.
This position reports to Christine Jakovcic the Chief Marketing & Consumer Excellence Officer, and works closely both the local customer and brand marketing teams, and with the global digital marketing team to discover, share, and solution critical business challenges and opportunities. Assist teams in the measurement and analysis of programs to help determine future priorities and investment levels.
Work closely with marketing and agency resources to coordinate the development and execution of programs, assets, and content to ensure that they are meet internal standards and brand initiative objectives/key stakeholder expectations
Partner with Customer Marketing and Field Sales teams to support customer/key account business development
Partner with Insights (market research) teams to discover consumer insight and market opportunities, conduct competitive digital reviews, and identify new program opportunities
Lead and evaluate Ecomm programs, identify best practices and develop recommendations
Lead and evaluate brand digital performance, identify best practices and develop future recommendations
Educate internal stakeholders, including senior management, on the value of Ecommerce, best practices, and new media opportunities

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field- MBS preferred;
You have at least 8 years' progressive experience in Ecommerce & digital marketing
You have a clear understanding of Ecommerce landscape, including pure play online selling, B&M online selling, B2B/customer Ecommerce and relationship management, and home deliver
You have an understanding of key digital marketing channels and capabilities, including:
Direct response digital media attributio
Content marketing and CRM
Web marketing and web technology (HTML, content management, etc.
Email marketing (CRM, design, deliverability, etc.
Measurement and analytics (Google Analytics, web and email metrics, etc.)
You demonstrate a passion for Ecommerce and digital marketing;
You have the ability to create and maintain working relationships with internal and external partners;
You have exceptional strategic planning and project management skills;
You have a keen understanding of how technology and consumer trends intersect;
