E-Commerce & Social Media Coordinator
Brand: Estée Lauder Companies Corporate Departments
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytics reports that monitor website performance, traffic, and overall status of database
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report to review with Online Manager and brand teams
Create and maintain reporting on E-Commerce KPIs and daily and weekly selling
Liaise with finance team to ensure accurate and complete reporting
Collaborate with brand online teams on site content updates and new initiatives
Perform daily site audits and QA to ensure accuracy and optimal user experience
Determine recommendations/cross selling for products
Work with Online Manager and brand online teams to constantly improve and implement streamlined processes to enhance customer interactions
Other duties as required
Social Media Responsibilities:
Build and maintain database for Influencer relations
Help the Social Media team to identify and leverage influencers (bloggers) to connect with & engage new audiences; track and report on results of all outreach
Help ideate and execute plans for blogger/influencer partnerships (giveaways, meet-ups, and more)
Social Listening – Ongoing retailer tracking & monthly reporting.
Responsible for competitor tracking and monthly reporting.
Compile adhoc reports for management showing KPI’s.
Supporting launch initiatives for brands as needed
Support special projects (Events, Contests etc) as needed. Compile lists of events, campaigns, and blog topics. Work Social Media events.
Assist Social Media Managers with Social Education Series such as Social Media 101 Trainings. Help with PowerPoint decks, Coordinating printouts, setup, catering, attendee list etc.
Organizing meetings and taking meeting minutes. Cascading important communications and follow ups to the stakeholders.
Study trends in social media, research popular social media platforms, study emerging social media tools and observe how often those platforms and tools are used. Make recommendations of how to apply this knowledge to our Brands.
Research the target audience that the business is attempting to reach and work with the Online Manager to offer plans on how social media will work best for brands and their business model.
Works closely and effectively with the Social Media team keeping members well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.

Post-Secondary degree/diploma required (preferably in related fields such as Digital Marketing, Marketing etc) and 2-3 Years previous office experience required in a similar capacity
Accreditation in Social Media/E-Commerce an asset
Excellent computer skills (Internet searches, Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Suite, Video Editing; Web Analytics (E.g Adobe Omniture and similar reporting tools)
Thorough understanding of end-to-end E-Commerce process
Strong analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and strong follow up skills.
Excellent organizational skills ,written and verbal communication skills
Self-sufficient and ability to multi-task/ adapt in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently and as a team
An understanding of social media, blogs, websites, magazines, newspapers, television, etc as they relate to -Style, Fashion, Beauty and Culture an asset
Strong understanding of, and experience running, Social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube for established brands an asset.
Photography skills and content creation skills an asset
