Our client, a high profile downtown Toronto Financial Services Company is actively searching for an Executive Assistant / Office Manager. Reporting to the Managing Director the Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high level priority and calendar management support to the Managing Director. The Executive Assistant prepares a daily AM agenda package and meeting materials along with coordinating and arranging all conference schedules and book critical meetings. Finally the Executive Assistant / Office Manager is responsible for booking all travel arrangements and corresponding appointments.

Requirements: The successful candidate must have five plus years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting and interacting with C-level Management in a financial services environment. The Executive Assistant will have extensive experience in organizing and prioritizing meetings, strong communication skills both verbal and written, a keen eye for detail and you are an effective problem solver. You must have a proven track record of being dedicated to excellence and high integrity, able to work well both independently and in a team environment. To be successful in this role you thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment, and work extremely well with tight deadlines lines and are able to manage a large work load. As for technology you have strong skills in the following applications Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
