LGE Canada Field Service Representative in Toronto, Ontario
The position of a Home Appliances Field Service Representative (HA FSR) is to guide and support our service network partners in achieving the best possible service to our LG customers. This role would include service network management, service performance management, guideline and policies enforcement, sales support in the field and VOC, approval authorizations, data analysis, root cause analysis, strategy, problem solving and implementation of solutions.
Maintains current service coverage, as well, recruits new service partners to cover new and existing marketplaces.
To be a liaison or business partner between the Authorized Service Center (ASC)/ Dealer and LG Electronics.
Monitor and make adjustments to the service network based on performance levels and territory coverage.
Provide best practices to improve overall network performance.
Actively engage in exception management of ASCs with identified high costs of business.
Adhere to all LG guidelines and policies so that LG’s interests are addressed.
Perform field audits and business meetings with owner principals.
Offer solutions to sales representatives within their territories when they arise.
Provide authorization to all special request (for example, mileage, RA’s, etc)
Parts Usage, Parts Cost, Reclaim.
College or University degree
knowledge of home appliances
Business Management certification, Public Speaking.
Strong Microsoft office skills
