The Technician will work to growing, securing, monitoring, managing, and documenting IT infrastructure. Requirements: Requirements

  • Team lead experience

  • Vendor relationship/ purchasing

  • 5+ years of experience in managing technical service operations in a distributed retail environment.

  • 5+ years of hands on experience dealing with POS Software and Hardware (Receipt printers, Cash Drawers, Scanners, Pin Pads and Terminals) in a distributed retail environment.

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Desktop, Office Printer, Mobile devices (phones, tablets) and barcode printers (Toshiba, DataMax and Zebra).

  • 5+ years of experience with purchasing, inventory management, and budgeting

  • 5+ years of experience with change management in a distributed retail environment.

  • 3+ years of experience in structured cabling (data, voice and CCTV).

  • Travelling in involved (company car) or expense gas/

  • On-call rotation - 9-5 shift operational hours

  • Solid technical background in Active directory, AD audit and management.

  • Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical users.

  • Strong leadership experience focused on IT service delivery.

  • Retail background/experience
