Our client is searching for a Payroll, Pension and Benefits Manager to join their dynamic team in the downtown Toronto core. Overall, the Payroll, Pension and Benefits Manager's primary responsibilities will be payroll, pension and benefits administration, reconciliations as well as payments and reporting. Reporting directly in the VP, Human Resources and Office Management, the Payroll, Pension and Benefits Manager will also be responsible for inputting and accounting for the Banks payroll for approximately 150 employees across four provinces, reconciling overtime, benefit administration as well as time and attendance. Other duties will include managing the payments and payment schedules of the benefits programs, scheduling and ad-hoc reporting as well as perform other duties as required and assigned.
