As a Sales Account Executive on our team in Canada, you will lead our Telecom vertical act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients and media agencies. You will work closely with them to meet both their brand and performance objectives. You will be one of the central points of contact for your accounts within Amazon, and will partner closely with various internal teams and business units to find integration opportunities that can enhance the shopping or entertainment experience for our customers. You will further use your executive cold-calling, networking and prospecting skills to identify, develop and manage new accounts that will complement our existing client roster and help you reach your personal revenue targets. As an individual contributor, you’ll be supported by our operations team and will benefit from working alongside the leadership team that has charted our explosive growth.

Job Location: Toronto

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience in Telecom – preferably in a business development role

  • 5+ years of Marketing, Brand Advertising, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising experience

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently close sales and generate revenues

  • Strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management

  • Strong analytical abilities

  • Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through

  • MBA

  • Experience relating to eCommerce
