- Getting the conversation started; playing a vital role in the hands-on dissemination of the company's identity through engaging and relevant content interaction and social media strategies * Help position Spin Master to be the thought leader in its field * Work independently to manage communication channels including, but not limited to, our website, newsletter and blog, and our Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instragram * Manage our retailers 'online reviews of all Spin Master products * Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce and public relations' partners to ensure a consistent brand identity across all digital media channels * Contribute to the company's knowledge base and ongoing analysis of its competitive landscape * Actively monitor social media trends and best practices, assess new tools and provide recommendations on extension of strategies as appropriate * Establish performance monitoring and reporting systems * Provide feedback on customer engagement and satisfaction levels, and make recommendations on areas of key concern

Requirements: * An undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or English is preferred * 1 or more year of related work experience: copywriting, blogging, community management, campaign reporting/analytics and digital PR/outreach * Experience in social media both professionally and personally * Strong understanding of social media industry, trends, tools and tracking * An endless curiosity as to what motivates and inspires consumers (specifically on social platforms and in digital media) * Staying current on digital and social marketing trends and platforms * Excellent writing skills including grammar, punctuation and creativity * Excellent communication skills * In-depth knowledge an understanding of online community platforms * Fluent in: Excel, Keynote, PowerPoint and Word
