Robert Half Office Team Sr. Administrative Assistant in Toronto, Ontario

Our client is searching for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant with 3+ years to join their team. This individual will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing phones and emails, scheduling appointments and planning meetings. They will be reporting to two partners and will have oversight from the Admin Manager. This person should be able to find efficiencies in the role who can manage time well and possess the ability to reprioritize tasks throughout the day. They should be flexible and have the ability to manage and navigate through strong and competing personalities. The Ideal candidate would have experience in preparing and formatting financial statements, would have 3+ years working in an Accounting Firm, and has experience working with Caseview. For this position, you should be able to use your organizational skills to manage your office space and your time, as you will collaborate with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
