Our client is searching for a Tax Analyst to join their dynamic team. The Tax Analyst will be responsible for managing the preparation of income tax and financial returns, communicate with investment fund managers, audit firms during the audit and review process as well as advise clients and internal parties on all tax related matters. The Tax Analyst will also be responsible for assisting and participating in special projects and other duties as necessary,as well as stay current on changes to tax legislation and other tax compliance requirements for investment funds.

Requirements: The chosen Tax Analyst will have an undergraduate accounting, finance or equivalent degree as well as a professional accounting designation. The incumbent will also have 5 or more years of tax experience, preferably in financial services sector or asset management industry. The chosen candidate will demonstrate high proficiency with Microsoft Excel, tax software, strong analytical skills as well as the ability to work independently and under pressure. Other skills that the chosen candidate will demonstrate are detail orientation as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
