Job SummaryAs directed by the Shift Supervisor, this position is responsible for accurately picking customer orders and replenishing inventory stock as established by policies and procedures.Job duties include receiving, put away, picking, replenish and loading, but are not limited to:• Responsible for accurate unit pick by Manual RF picking and or Goods to Person picking.• Responsible for accurate case pick by Manual RF.• Perform A-Frame automation system product replenishment.• Responsible for Goods In procedure to ensure accurate inventory levels.• Detail oriented for order audits for quality assurance.• Ensures product orders are reviewed and error corrections are completed.• Perform all tasks within the scope of all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to the job function.• Other duties as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Days/Hours of work: (2 days only) Friday - 7:00 pm to 3:30 am AND Sunday - 9:30 pm to 6:00 am (but may change in the future to 7:00 pm to 3:30 am)General Responsibilities• Ensure that company policies and procedures are respected.• Communicate with supervisors and Regulatory Officer of any deviations that occur concerning established procedures and opportunities for improvements.• Assure that work areas are kept safe, organized and clean.• Follow company policies and procedures, including Health and Safety policies.• Operate power lifting equipment in a safe and responsible manner. QualificationsPosition Requirements• High school diploma or GED is an asset.• Clear CPIC (Canadian Police Information Center) check.• Experience in a distribution center/warehouse/manufacture environment is an asset.• Basic math and reading skills and a high standard for attention to detail and accuracy.• Proven ability to be a team player and work in a team environment.• Strong focus of Customer Service and commitment to customer satisfaction.• Current forklift certification and/or ability to become certified within a 30-day period.• Ability to challenge processes and seek out process improvements or creative ways of completing tasks.• Must be familiar and able to work with computers and automation.• Ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds independently and greater weights in a team-lift environment. • Physical requirements include: lifting, carrying, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods of time. • Reliable and punctual and willing to work various shifts.• Exhibit flexibility/adaptability.• Behaviours aligned with McKesson Canada ICARE principles and values.Benefits & Company StatementMcKesson believes superior performance – individual and team – that helps us drive innovations and solutions to promote better health should be recognized and rewarded.
