App Support Analyst – HelpDesk, Oracle, Linux, Support Robert Half has an opportunity with a client for an App Support Analyst who has experience with a App Support role to support users in the South Vancouver Area. You will have the ability to analyze complex problems within a ERP(Proprietor or other) application or business process and do root cause analysis. Experience in helpdesk or a support role would be considered an asset along with hands on IT troubleshooting is advantageous. Knowledge of Oracle, Linux or equivalent would be a fantastic but not necessary. This is a contract to hire opportunity (3 Month Contract(est.) to hire option) for the right individual. Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal with and ability to work independently and remain organized in a fast paced environment.
