To meet our strategic business goals and continue to be leaders in our field, we are seeking a number of Healthcare Project Management Professionals with expertise in various specializations including planning, architecture, mechanical and electrical engineering, risk and change management, project scheduling, cost estimation, procurement and commissioning.

We are looking to fill a number of senior and intermediate level leadership opportunities for aspiring professionals who wish to add to their already extensive project portfolio with exciting new project opportunities. We are seeking individuals who have experience working on medium- to large-scale healthcare projects, to provide exceptional advisory and consultancy services to owners and other client groups. Our professionals will interface with diverse project teams and multidisciplinary stakeholders. Ideal candidates will be high performers in their field and will have such industry-specific credentials as PMP, P.Eng., RA, PQS or other relevant industry designation.

How you’ll contribute as a Project Manager at Colliers Project Leaders:

  • Develop strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact throughout the project to achieve the client’s goals and objectives

  • Work on medium- and large-scale healthcare projects with various project delivery models

  • Ensure that client expectations and satisfaction are met or exceeded on all projects and the client’s best interests are represented with respect to contractual and technical issues

  • Interface regularly with internal and external project stakeholders, maintaining appropriate lines of communication on an ongoing basis

  • Initiate and maintain required project-related documents and deliver all work in accordance with Colliers Project Leaders Quality Management System processes and procedures

  • Coordinate, chair and participate in various project and site meetings, working collaboratively with the project team to resolve issues and engage multiple stakeholders to identify solutions

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • A number of years of experience as a Project Manager, representing owners to multiple stakeholders in the delivery of projects for the healthcare sector

  • A university degree or diploma in such disciplines as engineering, architecture, construction project management, procurement or supply chain management

  • Strong knowledge of various types of construction methodologies, project management models and financial management

  • Experience in large and complex alternative financing projects including P3s, would be an asset

  • Leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively influence others and successfully resolve a variety of client, project and technical issues

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation ability

  • Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) software applications

  • Professional industry credentials such as PMP, P.Eng., CET, RA, PQS or other similar industry recognized designation is considered a strong asset
