Help Desk Tier 3 – Exchange, Active Directory, Windows 7, VOIP, 300+ Users Robert Half has an ongoing opportunity for a Tier 3 Help Desk Analyst who has had experience in a hands-on IT role supporting end users in Vancouver. Experience in supporting Windows 7, Windows networking, Active Directory and Exchange administration is essential. This is a contract (3month contract to hire) for the right individual. The ideal candidate would be familiar and have experience in VPN Client setup and administration, imaging, Antivirus and Data Backup. Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal with and ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast paced environment. Bachelors in Computer Science, A+, CCNA, or MCP or equivalent are an added advantage.
