Rempel Bros. Concrete, a division of Lehigh Hanson Materials Ltd., is seeking a qualified Pricing Administrator.
The Pricing Administrator is a skilled full-time position that is responsible for daily order review, invoice processing, handling credits and rebills and data entry for Rempel Bros. Concrete and Challenge Concrete Pumping. The challenging nature of this position is learning an extensive product line while simultaneously reviewing orders to create accurate invoices within tight daily deadlines. The incumbent will report to the Sales Administration Supervisor.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES and TASKS
Following policy and produces to ensure correct and timely daily invoicing
Processing all credits and re-bills as required
Handling customer inquiries and requests
Other duties and assignments as required.
Previous experience with invoicing and billing procedures
Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to prioritize assignments and work on a variety of tasks simultaneously
Contribute positively to a quality team environment
Detailed oriented with the ability to keep accurate records
Must be self-motivated, fast-paced, able to work independently and multi-task, capable of completing tasks with tight deadlines
