- Working with clients to collect outstanding payments;
- Managing a high volume of calls.
To be considered for this long term temporary Bilingual Collections Specialist role, the ideal candidate will have 6+ months previous experience in a similar role as well as a very strong background in Business to Business collections. Excellent verbal communication skills in both French and English is a must for this role as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high volume work load. Strong organizational and time management skills as well as solid multi-tasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines on a regular basis will help the chosen candidate be successful in this role.
