Responsibilities for this challenging Bookkeeper role will include:
- Processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable;
- Preparing invoices;
- Administration of the company payroll;
- Bank reconciliations;
- Preparing month end and year end closes;
- Preparing Financial statements.
To be considered for this exceptional Bookkeeper role, candidates must have 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity. The ideal candidate must possess working knowledge of Great Plains software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Strong time management, organizational and the ability to handle multiple priorities are also needed for this role. The chosen candidate will be able to handle a large volume of work at times, balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines on a regular basis while working in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work well independently as well as with others will help contribute toward being successful in this role.
