Program Specialist Services professionals provide project-based support services within centers. These professionals support the delivery and execution of our key projects with specialized services.

Job Description: Program/Project Management professionals manage multiple, ongoing, interrelated projects to achieve a specific set of client business goals. Coordinate service levels and agreements and prioritize resources across projects and entities. Organize and manage resources and plans all work required to complete a discrete project within defined scope, quality, time and cost parameters. A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities: Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals. Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach. Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility. Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

Job Responsibilities: · Manage a team of application maintenance staff in providing application support and development services · Responsible for planning and executing a set of small to medium projects that involve complex IT systems. · Provide support to business and technology teams internal to the organization · Ensure the team provides outstanding customer service in resolving tickets and managing incident and problem management · Manage the 24x7 support for all critical applications Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience leading small to medium sized teams · Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in an IT organization · Experienced with estimating and delivering IT projects, managing work and resources. · Experience in managing application support teams within and IT organization · Good Understanding of technologies like: Windows, .NET, Lotus Notes, Mainframe, Java · Must have good communication skills · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills · Canadian Security Clearance · PMP and ITIL are an asset
