Your innovative mind will be put to use on an array of projects, initiatives and daily operations for technical or strategic tasks.

Your primary responsibility as an elite administrator of our e-learning tool and our knowledge centre will be to provide insight and take immediate action to increase self-service and dealer autonomy. You will also be a key player in planning and coordinating system improvements that will benefit the dealer network and the front-line after-sales support team.

Finally, you will be our technology specialist, identifying and prioritizing improvements, resolving issues and coordinating the front-line agents in our technology dealer support team around the globe.

One of the greatest aspects of your role is being part of BRP’s global after-sales service team that has a direct impact on our entire dealer network for our state-of-the-art technologies.

A day in the life of a Business Information System Coordinatormight look like this:

You start your day with the usual cheerful greetings from your energetic team members before you jump into action. While looking at your global dashboards and reviewing some escalations, you identify a global trend that needs to be addressed and take immediate action to support the front-line team.

You involve front-line agents so they can adopt the process and secure the first call resolution target for dealer support. You also start to work on an idea that would improve the support system worldwide, and you will present it during your team meeting for brainstorming later in the day.

Then, you shift your attention to the knowledge centre and e-learning tool dashboards. Your systems expertise enables you to quickly identify gaps in content, publication processes or adherence to guidelines, and you take notes to address them efficiently. While looking at your emails, you answer questions about the potential of these tools to help other departments, and afterwards, you grab lunch with a few teammates.

After lunch, you attend your team meeting. You actively participate in roundtable discussions. You bring forward the process you worked on earlier along with a few chocolate treats to bribe them. As a team, you improve the mechanics and identify the best way to make it global. Afterwards, you draft your communication plan.

You focus on the list of information systems improvement projects under your responsibility as well as those of the department, and make sure all are well on track. You might have to do some realignment to optimize your resources and ensure you stay on schedule. You also follow up with some stakeholders.

For the last stretch of the day, you have this new project ready for approval, for which you collected and analyzed data in the previous weeks. You are equipped to justify your project to upper management and excited about all the information you have in hand. You continue working on your presentation before you call it a day, say bye to your colleagues and tell them you’ll see them tomorrow for another exciting day.



  • Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration (systems and information management) or information systems, or equivalent
  • Have a minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Are proficient in software (considered an asset)
  • Are proficient in Excel
  • Are known for your project management skills and ability to manage multiple assignments with different deadlines and levels of complexity
  • Are fluent in English and French (oral and written)
  • Are passionate about information systems and have experience working in a support capacity, ideally in a B2B company
  • Are known for being very structured and focused on the customer experience
  • Are flexible and adapt quickly to new priorities
  • Can solve problems effectively and are able to seek out and analyze information collaboratively to propose solutions
