IKEA Checkout Services Team Support (Supervisor), Full-Time in Canada

Your Mission: Support Check-out Services through efficient and courteous cashiering, Basic Actions implementation and coworker training to strengthen IKEA’s position as the best home furnishing store Your Goals:

  • Provide customers with a positive purchasing experience by ensuring customer convenience standards are met or exceeded
  • Perform cashiering duties adhering to policies and procedures
  • Monitor and maintain Basic Actions
  • Perform reconciliation and other cash office procedures accurately and timely
  • Transfer learning to coworkers on Basic Actions, product knowledge, cash handling procedures and customer interactions
  • Monitor and maintain Check-out department equipment in optimal working conditions
  • Contribute to an environment where the IKEA Culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of coworkers and customers
  • Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as they occur You Have:
