Title: Chief Advisor - Product Bundles Location: QC
This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Banking Solutions and Financial Packages.
Your main responsibilities : • Define strategic guidelines for financial programs and bundles, in order to achieve corporate objectives and ensure their consistency with the guidelines of the Bank • Simplify and redesign current bundles and financial program to ease time to market• Develop bundle product pricing strategies meeting corporate growth and profitability objectives • Define orientations for new product lines targeting prioritized market segments • Assess the Banks position within the competition and growth potential and recommend strategies to optimize our position within the industry.• Design and development of new bundles on a large scale and ensure improvement of the existing banking products/offers• Actively monitor sales and product bundle offers, make recommendations and bring appropriate changes in order to increase the Banks profitability. • Be aware of clients’ needs/preferences and changes in the market trends.
More specifically: • Being responsible for developing financial programs and bundles to encourage cross-selling of financial products • Contribute to optimize the overall profitability of the products and the specific clienteles• Act as a business lead in the simplification of financial programs • Manage all new request for bundles, establish admissibility criteria and define deployment strategy in collaboration with partners• Actively participate in the delivery of complex projects related to bundled offers (IT, operations, distribution, process, procedures, training, marketing ...)• Monitor the performance of programs by reviewing KPIs and regular follow-ups with business partners• Interact with the Executive Committee to present multi-product strategies and performance of current programs • Support in the development of ad hoc and preparing presentations for senior management.
Bachelor's degree related to the industry and ten years of relevant experience OR Masters related to the industry and eight years relevant experience Relevant experience in financial and/or profitability analysis Project management experience Experience in product management or management and marketing of bundle, an asset Knowledge of transactional solutions, investments, financing products and payments Analytical and problem solving skills Innovation, creativity and ability to identify and develop different business opportunities Influence Bilingual (spoken / written) French and English Diversity is an integral part of the Bank's values and commitments.
