Job Description Mobility Services professionals demonstrate skills and experience in all capabilities and skills required to plan and develop strategies to leverage mobility, to design and build/test mobile applications and embedded software, and to develop and deploy mobile managed services.
Overall accountability for leading and delivering complex quality projects while meeting cost, schedule and scope. Broad expertise delivering complex mobile applications with high level of discretion and decision making. Responsible for substantial/high visibility projects, typically with large budgets ($5M to $10M) and sizeable staff. Known for effective leadership of staff. Financial Services experience a plus.
Senior Mobile Delivery Manager has end to end accountability for the successful completion of the program/project and: Directs, manages, and coordinates team members (for potentially multiple projects) including other project managers, business and technology resources, user groups, internal and external consultants and contractors, as well as vendors and external regulatory organizations. Ensures that a successful business and technology outcome is the prime measure of project success. Manage and control triple project constraints by ensuring programs and projects are implemented on schedule, within budget, and within scope. Breadth and depth of understanding of their line of business and is able to facilitate communication between other stakeholders efficiently and effectively Provide an enterprise-wide approach to identify, prioritize, and successfully execute the Technology portfolio of initiatives and projects that are aligned with Client’s strategic goals and vision. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications
Possesses a university degree and/or 10 years relevant work experience Possess 5 years supporting business development activities, preferable in Financial Services Possesses 10 years delivering Mobile Applications Possesses experience delivery transactional banking applications Possesses advanced knowledge and 7 to 10 years of experience in project and program management, including managing large-scale projects or programs of significant complexity and value (> $5MM) with high risk Financial Services knowledge and experience is an asset Holding a valid PMP designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is an asset Skills required
