The Headlines:

In the role of Sales Director, Atlantic Canada working in the Atlantic Region you will be part of the Canadian Commercial team. The person will responsible to develop and implement sales plans with a strategic focus and consistent direction in order to achieve market share, volume targets, profits, while reducing operating costs. Put another way you are both a stellar strategist and a tenacious tactician that can dream it up and then execute it brilliantly.

This position reports to David Bigioni, the VP of Ontario & Atlantic Canada and works closely with the Sales Managers and Sales Representatives across the four Atlantic Provinces as well as the four Atlantic Liquor Boards and other key customers.

The Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate Molson Coors Canada’s commercial capability to become First Choice for Consumers and Customers providing the strategic leadership, direction, and management across four of Molson Coors Canada’s Key Provinces – Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick & Prince Edward Island.

  • Ensure solid results management fundamentals including financial and volume forecasting, post-activity evaluation, and market opportunity identification and pursuit

  • Prepare and negotiate annual agreements for on- and off-premise clients to ensure clients are profitable and succeed in implementing their strategic initiatives;

  • Responsible for achieving sustainable share and profit growth (vis-a-vis managing the provincial contribution P&L), as per annual operating plan, and in alignment with Molson Coors Canada’s First Choice ambition

  • Through a First Choice Lens, build and support relationships with key customers, business partners, industry associations, government and suppliers to provide winning value and optimize go-to-market strategies and priorities

  • Improve Molson Coors Canada’s Execution quality by embedding and evolving Molson Coors Field Sales

  • Build a winning culture growing by making developing extraordinary talent a priority

  • You exhibit the Molson Coors “Our Brew” values and demonstrate this daily in your actions and attitude

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field;

  • You have at least 10 years' progressive experience in sales and key account management in the consumer or direct store delivery industries;

  • You already live in or are prepared to relocate to Halifax or Moncton.
