A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Develop Business Rules translating government policies and regulations, and perform associated unit testing; Work with policy analysts and business experts to interpret business rules and policy documents, and assess the viability for automation; Work with other developers, designers, and architects to make sure that the configuration and custom components meet application and integration requirements, as well as performance goals; Lead a team to rapidly deliver functional Business Rules components and integrate them across applications; Provide guidance and training to other rule developers from both Accenture and client resources; Provide guidance on rules maintenance governance; Escalate issues to management as identified; Triage and help fix defects identified in testing; Document designs and configuration updates to facilitate maintenance. Qualifications: Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/related field or Law (or minimum 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree); Reliability Clearance status from Government of Canada is required; Nice to have skills:
OPA Essentials Certification or any other certifications for similar Business Rules Management Systems; Analytical and detail-oriented, with understanding of logical expressions and proofs; Experience with SOA and BPM products, with understanding of Web Services; Experience with Case Management products including MS Dynamics.
