Performance Engineering professionals access, diagnose and engineer performance improvements into applications and their development and testing processes in order to improve customer's or end-user's experiences as well as setting clear system and application performance objectives, predicting performance failures and isolating the root causes of failures.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

Develop and execute performance test scripts; Prepare and communicate test reports and results analysis; Contribute to the creation of the Performance Testing artifacts, such as strategy, approach, plan under direction of performance architect; Analyze and solve problems requiring varied responses depending on the situation. Provide performance testing SME support across area(s) of responsibility Identify performance monitoring requirements and configure performance monitoring tools. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in at least one of the testing toolsets: HP LoadRunner, HP Performance Center, IBM Rational Suite (ClearQuest, ClearCase, Performance Tester, Robot, Functional Tester), Unit Test Tools (J Unit), CA (Wily Introscope), DynaTrace, AppDynamics, HP Diagnostics Minimum 4 years of experience with performance tuning, diagnostic or monitoring Minimum of a Bachelor Degree Professional Skill Requirements

Possess a minimum of 8-10 years of IT experience Minimum of 5 years of experience with Technology Architecture (Mainframe, Client Server or Cloud) Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a team (minimum of 3 people) with experience in Project Planning and Estimating and Project Management. Knowledgeable in Performance Testing, and Problem Management methodologies Understanding of complex architectures and derivation of key performance indicators for performance tests Ability to analyze and trend performance and reliability of enterprise applications in production-like configuration and articulate test result impacts with stakeholders Experience in full software development life cycle Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment English-French bilingual, written and spoken.
