Working on Azure sizing , Deploying and minting Azure VM for AX7 and creating environments for customers on azure Hardware Sizing for AX, OS installation and configuration, AX installation and configuration, Retail setup, Virtualization support Hardware Sizing for NAV and CRM and installation of the products. Configuring LS Retail SQL deployment on azure, configuring on High availability, Collation updating to integrate to the other system Troubleshooting issues , performance tuning on SQL Server and Oracle Performance tuning on AX, NAV, CRM and SQL Azure automation- Startup and shutdown of VM Licensing recommendation on ERP products AX,NAV,CRM,Windows,SQL,RDC Recommending and configuring Build and Deployment automation for AX and CRM Planning and exciting Upgrades in AX, CRM Collection of backup and recovery plan and planning disaster recovery Setting up data center and administering servers Collection of statistical data to monitor production system behavior for client applications. Gathering data conducting problem diagnosis and implementing a timely resolution for issues. Resolving production environment issues on time or giving solution to client member to resolve issue in their sites or environment. Planning(Requirement gathering & Analysis), designing, implementing, Testing, Deploying and supporting information systems Leading/Guiding team of Juniors to train them in products in build and deployment across streams and issues resolution with perfection. Providing time estimates for new application changes & presenting to client team for negotiation. Identifying areas of risk and prepare strategies for mitigation for the projects. AX Up gradation from 3.0 to 2009 for apparel and seeds industry. AX Up gradation from AX3.0 to Ax4.0 for Manufacturing Industry . AX2012R2CU7 Retail Hardware sizing for Training, Development, UAT and Production. Infra setup with license requirement. Performance tuning on DB and AX. Sync and Real time configuration POS configuration for 60 stores for a perfume manufacturing Industry . AX2012R2CU7 Hardware sizing for Training, Development, UAT and Production. Infra setup with license requirement, Reporting, EP, DMF, and Management Reporter. Performance tuning on DB and AX for an Real Estate Industry AX2012R2CU6 Hardware recommendation ,Environment cleanup and performance tuning for a chemical Industry. Basic Qualifications:

  1. Masters degree in Physics 2.15 years of experience on Infra,Sizing, Database(SQL and Oracle) and ERP(AX,NAV,CRM) 3.Sitecore 8.0,8.1 installation and integration with AX2012R3CU8 4.Expertise on SharePoint 2007,2010 5.Experienced on identifying bottle necks 6.High Availability on Windows, SQL knowledge 7.Worked on AD,ADC, Exchange Server and Lotus notes 8.Very good technical hands-on and customizations on Modules like Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Payroll and trade and logistics. 9.Microsoft Dynamics, CRM and SQL Certified. 10.The experience of handling UAT,MO and Prod Deployment, requirement gathering, Validation and Analysis. 11.The experience in server side archicture 12.In depth Experience in AIF involving several third party application integration with AX document services 13.Reporting troubleshooting with SSRS reports in AX and crystal reports 14.Huge data volume upload in AX via DIXF framework in on premises client environment. 15.Highly experienced to work in onshore-offshore model. 16.Strong testing skills and experience . 17.Willing to work in a team environment, share knowledge and creative solutions to problems. 18.Sound knowledge in optimization techniques. 19 Installation and configuration of Dynamics AX with optimization on SQL and Database 20.Strong knowledge onWindowsNT 4, 2000,2003,2008,2012R2 21.SQL 7.0,2000,2005,2012,2014,2016 22.Microsoft Dynamic sax, CRM environment movement between environments. 23.Knowledge on Virtualization Hyper V , VM 24.Knowledge on Azure administration

Should have attended the Business Review meetings as Consultant & provided inputs on the infra and Disaster planning. Strong exposure of handling offshore and onshore team. Virtualization worked on Hyper-V and VMware. Worked on Remote Desktop and citrix for remote connect configuration Recommending and planning Automations to their business requirement.
