Reporting to the Director of Scanning Products, your primary responsibilities will consist of the following:

  • Coordinate engineering, production, and supply chain to demonstrate production ramp readiness

  • Drive improvements in yield to target by volume production

  • Facilitate proactive DFX (assembly, test, reliability, etc) for development teams

  • Through influencing the product’s manufacturability, testability and material composition, you will drive for responsive supply chains and production processes that are optimized for lowest costs, operational flexibility, and highest quality.

The ideal candidate quickly assimilates and integrates new knowledge, identifies key technologies and demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness. Our dynamic and multidisciplinary team provides opportunities to excel in an environment where non-conventional tools and techniques are welcomed.

  • Detailed knowledge of process improvement methodologies. Strong appreciation of design of experiment tools and other statistically based improvement methods.

  • Strong planning, written and verbal communication skills

  • Detailed knowledge of cleanroom electronics manufacturing processes and procedures, preferably with experience in Lean manufacturing.
