Our clients are currently seeking service and engaged Receptionists for various short-term, interim and full-time positions. Receptionists are generally required to: * Act as the primary contact for clients and are responsible for creating a favorable first impression via phone and face-to-face interactions; * Schedule client visits and meetings, calendar management and coordination of boardroom bookings; * Manage the flow of correspondence and visitors to the office, including organizing logistics and preparation of supplies and equipment for meetings, managing in-coming and out-going mail and couriers, answering and/or redirecting inquiries, etc.; * Route incoming and outgoing communication (mail, faxes, couriers, etc.); * Provide administrative coordination and support for internal and external events; and, * Perform other duties as may be assigned as required.
