We are presently recruiting for:

Technical Services Coordinator – Winnipeg Branch

Position Overview

  • Plan all logistics of assigned events in conjunction with the Operations Department

  • Coordinate events, perform a full range of duties such as delivery, pick-up, installation, dismantle and operation as assigned by the Operations department.

  • Supervise personnel; participate in the hiring and training of Technical Service Representative.

  • Assist sales personnel with technical advice;

  • Act as liaison between the Company, customers and assigned personnel, on site.

  • Interface with all sub-contractors.

  • Assist sales personnel with technical advice, and estimations as required.

  • Assist with client pre-con meetings for events.

  • Report to the Operations Department on all aspects of assigned events.

  • Complete Post Meeting Reports and actively participate in post-mortems.

  • Assist Technical Services Directors, if required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Superior customer service skills;

  • Industry related experience;

  • Strong knowledge of Freeman equipment and services;

  • Experience in supervision;

  • Advanced computer skills;

  • Excellent oral & written communication skills;

  • Leadership, organizational skills and team spirit;

  • Available to work flexible schedules;

  • Valid driver’s license
