KIK Consumer Brands – Household Division

Our Household Division (“Household”) is the #1 player in North American private label bleach, and supplies private label cleaning programs to prominent American retailers. KIK Consumer Brands – Pool Division

KIK’s Pool Additives Division (“Pool”) is a leading player in North America and key international markets with a broad brand and product portfolio spanning both the Mass and Specialty Retailer channels. We are well known for our Clorox® Pool&Spa™ products in the North American Mass channel, our BioGuard® brand in the North American, Australian and South Africa Specialty channel, and our Bayrol brand across Europe. The Project Coordinator - Information Systems position is part of the KCB Division Information Systems team. In this new role, the incumbent will be responsible for managing IS project timelines, adherence to dates and maintaining, developing and reporting on KPI’s to continually improve the performance of Information System Project delivery.

This role is based in Vaughan, ON but will have interaction will locations outside of Canada including US, Mexico and Europe.


  • Manage the intake of new IS Project requests

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation and track and manage task completion versus committed dates

  • Provide business stakeholders with clear communication

  • Contribute to the continued development and improvement of the IS project management process

  • Hold regularly scheduled meetings with business stakeholders and system team members to review status of project deliverables, update work plans and provide feedback on project status and issues.

  • Provide regular executive summary reporting including status of active projects and KPI’s


  • Forge relationships with the business. Communicate well and clearly, taking the time to understand feedback and incorporate into plans, recommendations and requirements

  • Demonstrate leadership, flexibility and initiative and the ability to influence timely task completion

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering or other business-related field.

  • Experience managing projects involving multiple resources and tasks

  • Highly organized and task oriented

  • Ability to work on multiple initiatives and projects concurrently


  • Ability to understand business needs and convert into clear project outlines

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including technical writing and developing business presentations

  • Ability to solve problems

  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated competency in project planning and delivery

  • Ability to thrive in a somewhat unstructured environment that demands a consultative approach and solutions that span multiple inputs and competing requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft applications with a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
